THE TOUR Our day starts with a scenic drive over one of Sydney's major landmarks, the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge with views of the Opera House and the world renowned Sydney Harbour then through the northern suburbs, passing through the Ku ring gai Chase National Park. The park itself is named after the Guringai Aboriginals who occupied the region for over 20,000 years before the arrival of European settlement and contained with the 14,883 ha park are many varieties of unique flora and fauna including the much celebrated state flower – the Warratah.
Driving through the rolling hills and vine covered acres we come to the POKOLBIN region of the Hunter Valley, established in early 1800's the wine industry has grown to be an important Australian Export, the industry exports over $1 billion of wine per year to the world.
Our Tour can include up to 30 tasting's of unique local wines - Shiraz, Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonay, ports and desert wines.
Our wineries are especially chosen for their diversity- variety - presentation and they all present a unique photo opportunity
